Returns and Exchanges

J. FOLD Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to love us! All J. Fold products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Products must be in original state and unused (in original boxes, when possible and with all paperwork, tags, parts and accessories). Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us (returns@jfold.com) and getting a return authorization number.

Please note that exchanges can only be made once we have received your package and verified that it is in its original state and unused. Return shipping is to be covered at the expense of the customer. We suggest that all items be sent via registered mail or courier service so that they can be tracked.

Returns and exchanges can only be made for purchases made through www.jfold.com. Items purchased through retail stores or from other online retailers are not eligible for exchange or return through this website.

Warranty:
J.FOLD products from jfold.com are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, and neglect of the product or as a result of an unauthorized repair.

For all warranty related services a $5.00 return shipping and handling fee will apply. Once your product has been received and the defect is found due to manufacturer’s workmanship, we will have it repaired. In the event that it cannot be repaired we will replace the item with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the original purchase price.
